Getting screenshots of the arbitration agreement is excellent advice. While we’ve talked about having screenshots and printouts of your broker positions, trades, etc., of MMTLP, this arbitration agreement should also be included.

I don’t think a text change by any of these brokers would be unprecedented. They can always make changes in their favor. While Scott points out that his recommendations are not legal advice, it would be great for everyone to update their records with this information.
