Palikaras also confirmed later in the evening that the subpoenas have been sent out.
Hello Discovery!

These subpoenas demand document production from nine companies or entities, including FINRA, the DTCC, and several brokers.
Will more brokers be added to the list? What about the SEC? George is wisely keeping his future strategy under wraps, so we’ll have to wait and see.
Liz from WI has posted George’s portion of the afternoon space, which was started by BusyBrands.
A very appreciative George joined both an afternoon space call hosted by BusyBrands and JunkSavvy (above), and also stopped in with a later space hosted by Andrew.
The subpoenas have been served. Should we expect a fight? Absolutely.
FINRA and the brokers will push back, with FINRA likely invoking some form of immunity—just as they always have.
But this is a momentous day for the MMTLP cause and for justice itself. We are at the beginning of the end. If discovery is now on the table, will some of these bad actors come to the table for a settlement?
The journey is not over, and we keep moving forward. Stay Strong, stay united and never stop believing that we can make a difference.
GEORGE PALIKARAS
Palikaras was unjustly removed from his own company, Meta Materials, in what appeared to be a calculated scheme by bad actors to drive the company into bankruptcy—a plan that ultimately succeeded.
Ironically, the very bankruptcy they seemingly orchestrated could be the downfall of those responsible, as counterfeit shares and other illegalities are exposed in MMTLP and MMAT.
Thank you George for your unwavering support to the MMTLP shareholders.
