New legal challenges appear prior to the 2-year debatable statute of limitations on MMTLP.

A new lawsuit was filed by your favorite SGM on X, or commonly known as Daniel Auxier.

This one names the SEC, FINRA, DTCC, Charles Schwab, TD AmeriTrade, GTS, Equiniti (AST), Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, John Brda, and Gregory McCabe.

We haven’t read the full document yet, but it’s curious that Brda and McCabe and NBH are mentioned.

Sergeant Major Daniel is a victim of being on X and in the center of bickering about what is being done and whether it is right or wrong, so he claims he will be going dark.

Editorial Comment: I have to admit, this is why I’ve been off Twitter/X for MMTLP posting, and MMTLP Resources postings have been limited to significant news lately. Sadly, our once cohesive community has fallen apart — IMO.
