• New 56 Page FOIA Document on MMTLP

    A fifty-six-page FOIA document is revealed which is a collection of emails and communications between SEC officials and Congressional staffers.

    In short, the SEC and Congress communicated about MMTLP for a long time, and all our congressional outreach was basically being undermined by secret narratives.
