  • FOIA Requests Indicate NBH’s Efforts to #SaveOrogrande

Recently, we learned that University Lands would not be renewing Next Bridge Hydrocarbons’ lease. Now, we have their response.

A FOIA request (wow, that was quick) has revealed the notification from University Lands, along with a message from Next Bridge’s attorneys, which appears to signal their intention to challenge the decision.

The Orogrande property was Next Bridge Hydrocarbons’ largest asset, offering significant potential for oil and natural gas. The company has invested millions of dollars over the years to develop this land, only to lose it. However, it seems that Next Bridge is prepared to fight this outcome.

Let’s see how this one plays out. #SaveOrogrande
