A new shareholder lawsuit has been filed against FINRA by Scipio X.
A US Army Veteran has had enough. He’s decided to file his own lawsuit against FINRA.
So far MMTLP Shareholders have not had much luck with the courts. It seems most judges are too afraid of ruffling feathers of powerful hedge funds and the criminal elite.
To date, no MMTLP shareholder has been granted discovery in their legal cases. If that changes, many believe FINRA’s position would quickly collapse at the evidence.
Unfortunately, lawsuits directly targeting FINRA have all been dismissed because of its claimed legal “immunity.”
We hope Scipio’s case goes further. If hundreds or thousands of shareholders pursue similar legal action, it could significantly raise visibility for our cause and put serious pressure on FINRA, the SEC, and their legal teams. It’s a strategy that holds real potential.
