Clerical Update to Blue Sheets Petition - Resources for Investors and Journalists on MMTLP

What looks like a clerical error has temporarily delayed the New York Blue Sheets petition. Everything has been squared away now and we are hopeful for a response on Monday.

$MMTLP I was just informed by @BasileEsq that the courts clerk made a clerical error during intake & filed the petition under the wrong section. The @otclawyers team called & had it corrected. It’s a legit error. We saw they docketed the Petition under CPLR 3102(e) instead of CPLR 3102(c) (which is exactly what it states) which administratively prevented other collateral filings from being accepted properly and rejected. All straightened out, at least with the clerks…
