Confirmation - Short Positions Can't Exist in a Private Company - Resources for Investors and Journalists on MMTLP

There’s been a lot of speculation on whether FINRA/SEC could just leave the short positions in NextBridge.

This communication from TD Ameritrade seems to say what most of us believe, NO.

If anyone has the actual rule/law on this please message us.
