Meta Materials is the company that merged with Torchlight energy, and basically how MMTLP came to be (minus the fraudulent listing).

I agree but a lot of settlement agreements limit further legal action by both parties…..I think it was prudent of mmat to move forward. which would open the door for nbh to get the info (foia's) needed for a torturous interference lawsuit rorschach NBH. McCabe being large…
