The FINRA/MMTLP New York Supreme Court case proceeding has concluded. The judge has not ruled yet on the release of the blue sheets.
The proceedings was available to stream online yet was not allowed to be recorded, so there is no recording available. Busy Brands also received permission from the court to live stream it in a Twitter space. Because this could not be recorded, this space call is also not available at this time.
Attorney’s Mark and Gus from Basile Law Firm argued their case to receive the blue sheets and the judge will be taking everything into consideration before her ruling. FINRA’s counsel John Mitchell argued points against fraud and market manipulation but became flustered with certain questions.
Mark thinks a ruling may be given by Friday.
