Attorney and community member Richard Hoffman is making progress in his case against Fidelity through Arbitration.

While Richard lost the battle to take on FINRA and Fidelity in court due to arbitration clauses, he continues to fight for MMTLP shareholders through arbitration.

Unlike a court case that could get tossed out, we’re likely to see this arbitration happen.

John Brda will be testifying in his case, which really gets us excited for the truth to be told and backed up by such an expert witness.
