AST/Equiniti has had so many calls and inquiries from MMTLP shareholders they’ve put out some information to help you transfer shares.

This information is related to those that have been told the only way to transfer shares is by receiving paper certificates.

Once you receive these certificates, you can use the below information in order to get your account setup at AST and your Next Bridge shares in book entry form in your name. An AST account has to be created first but this email template should help once the account is created and you are sending your physical certificates in.
