In a surprise announcement through a tweet from Meta Materials, the company has reported that they have retained Christian, Smith and Jewell following a review of ShareIntel data.

It’s important to note this seems to only reference shares of MMAT, and does not mention MMTLP or the previous spin-off. However, if the ShareIntel data is out on MMAT, it is likely that it is also available for MMTLP. Only time will tell.

MMAT has been abusively short sold like MMTLP was. It will be interesting to see where this goes and hopefully we will eventually get justice for both MMAT and MMTLP.
