California takes center stage again with another Congressional letter to the SEC demanding answers on MMTLP.
Community member Mike posted on X that Representative Barbara Lee has penned a new letter to SEC Chairman Gensler.
Lee is a Democrat who represents California’s 12th District in Alameda County, which includes the populous city of Oakland.
The letter, similar to many of the recently received correspondences, also asks for guidance to be made available to shareholders. It requests information about what shareholders should expect regarding their current holdings ($0) along with a timeline for resolution.
Just a few days ago a fellow Congressional Representative from California’s Central Valley issued their own letter.
You out there Gary? How many letters will you receive before action is taken?
An archived copy of the letter will forever live on here.
