Not only is the 1-year anniversary of the U3 Halt upon us, there are some upcoming legal events coming up which could make a difference.

December 7th – FINRA’s opposition brief due in David Khorassani v. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority

December 9th – 1 year U3 Halt Anniversary

December 14 – Steamroller v. OTC Markets. Arguments to show just cause as to why the names of the market makers and broker/dealers of MMTLP illegal listing should NOT be ordered.

Suffice it to say, there’s some interesting dates upcoming that could have a huge effect on our fight, depending on how things go.
