Next Bridge Hydrocarbons is making some additional changes in their management structure.

With the recent change of adding Greg McCabe just less than two weeks ago, Next Bridge has released a new 8K form outlining some additional changes.

The announcement states that as of June 30th, Joseph DeWoody has resigned from the Board of Directors and President of the company. The Board has appointed Clifton DuBose, Jr. to succeed Mr. DeWoody as President of the Company, who will also continue to serve as a Director and the Chief Executive Officer.

The statement indicates DeWoody left on good terms with the company and has decided to focus on his other executive management positions.
